1. upload the image to imgur.com, imgbb.com, postimages.org (or similar image sharing websites)
2. copy the link that you receive from the image hosting site, and paste it in a forum post inside of IMG tag:
Alternatively, you can click on the Insert Image button and paste the link to the picture file:
Some image hosting sites allow sharing images in BB Code format. If your image hosting site supports BB Code or Forum post sharing, select the option:
